This guide will help you manage your ArtistHub account by canceling or suspending an artist's subscription.

How to Cancel or Suspend an Artist's Subscription

Follow these steps to cancel or suspend an artist's subscription:

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Go to the ArtistHub login page.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click Login.

Step 2: Go to User Settings

  1. After logging in, look over to the top left corner of the ArtistHub page and find this icon “⚙️” for Settings.

  2. Select Settings.

Step 3: Go to Billing

  1. Click on Billing in the Settings menu.

  2. You'll see a list of artists with active subscriptions, along with their payment details and invoices.

Step 4: Suspend an Artist's Subscription

  1. Find the artist you want to stop or suspend.

  2. Click on the three dots (...) next to the artist's name.

  3. Select Suspend Artist to unsubscribe.

Step 5: Confirm the Suspension

  1. A confirmation box will appear.

  2. Click Confirm to finalize the suspension.

Important Information

  • Suspending a subscription stops billing and access but keeps the account details intact for later reactivation.

  • Check our pricing plans to adjust your account settings.

  • Review any cancellation policies that may apply to your subscription.

  • To update your credit card information, go to the Billing section.
