What Happens If My Payment Fails on ArtistHub?

If your payment fails or your credit card is declined on ArtistHub, don't worry because your account will remain open, and no links or data will be deleted. However, certain features and services will be temporarily restricted until payment is resolved.

What You’ll Lose Access To

  1. Smart Links Creation: If your payment doesn’t go through, you will lose the ability to create new smart links until your account is back in good standing.

  2. Active Links Disabled: Any previously created active links will be disabled and will no longer work until the payment issue is resolved. Once payment is made, these links will be re-enabled.


What Won’t Be Affected

  • Account and Links Preserved: Your account will stay active, and all of your links and content will be preserved. We don’t delete any of your data, so when you resolve the payment issue, everything will be back to normal without any loss of information.


How to Resolve Payment Issues

If your credit card is declined or you encounter a payment issue, we recommend updating your payment information as soon as possible to restore full access to your account’s features. You can easily update your payment details directly in the billing section of your ArtistHub account.
